Parcel damaged

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days to make a claim. Please keep the deadline, as otherwise claims for damages against the courier or HLS Berg GmbH & Co.KG will become void. Please keep the exterior wrapping and all other packaging materials for documentation. We will get in touch with the shipping company immediately to arrange the claim for damages.
